Recent Professional Discipline Cases

GMC v Dr K, 2021 -2024, ongoing.   Wide ranging allegations of dishonesty in use of social media and application forms to work as a GP.  Also subject to judicial review.  Acting for doctor.

 

GOC v K 2022-2023.    Allegations of sexually impropriety against an optician. Successfully defended at 3-week final hearing.  Acting for the optician.

 

GPC v G.  2022-2023. Allegations against a locum pharmacist in relation to administration of controlled drugs.  Final hearing for 2 weeks.  Acted for GPC.

 

GMC v Dr M, 2019-2022.  Allegations of sexually impropriety against a psychiatrist. Successfully defended at 3-week final hearing.  Acting for the doctor.

 

GMC v Dr D, 2022.    Allegations of sexually impropriety against a GP. Successfully defended at 2-week final hearing.  Acting for the GP.

 

GMC v Dr H, 2021.  Allegations against a trainee GP re use of social media in respect of trans gender debate. Successful in part, with a 1-month suspension for inappropriate behaviour.  Acted for trainee GP. 

 

Met Police v Ins M, 2022-2023.   Allegations re off duty time and work. Acted for the Met Police.
